Bandwidth - The amount of data that can be sent from one computer to another in a given time period. In this case how much information your website can send to people viewing it.
Email Addresses - This is the number of email addresses you can have for your website.
Auto-Responder - An auto-responder is used to send an automated response to someone who sends you an email. For example if someone sends and email to sales@acme.com the auto-responder can respond with an acknowledgment that the email was received.
Mailing Lists - This is so you can keep in touch with your clients via newsletters or general contact announcements.
Web Mail Access - This is so you can access your email via the web from any internet capable computer.
SPAM Filters - This is so you can filter out unwanted junk email.
CGI/PERL/PHP - These are programming languages used to create forms on a web site for your clients to fill in.
Microsoft Frontpage - This means that you will be able to use Microsoft Frontpage to create your websites and be able to take advantage of some features in Frontpage.
Sub Domains - This allows you to setup more than one website on your domain. If you wanted to have a separate site for a particular product or service you could have special.acme.com. Your main site would be on acme.com but another site on special.acme.com.
Password Protected Directories - This allows you to place controls on who has access to particular portions of your website. When someone tries to look at acme.com/pricelist/prices.html they will be prompted to enter a password before viewing the page.
Webalyzer Reports - This allows you to get detailed information about who is visiting your website.
Online File Manager - This feature allows you to manipulate files on your website or to upload files to your website via any internet capable computer.
Online Backup Support - This feature allows you to make backups of your entire website via any internet capable computer.
